Emily is a Melbourne-based, certified personal trainer and online coach who is passionate about physical and mental wellness. With over ten years’ experience in the industry, she is dedicated to helping people achieve their fitness goals. Emily specialises primarily in female body recomposition and weight loss. 

Emily believes in leading a balanced life, and that restriction isn’t always the key to success. When she’s not training, she enjoys being social, spending time with her dogs and trying out new restaurants. Her holistic approach to wellness, broad range of experience and capacity to take the mental strain out of exercise makes her an ideal personal trainer.
