How do I get into the gym out of staffed hours?
Upon membership, you will receive an email with instructions to download and register with Kisi, our door access system. Your phone will serve as your keypass, eliminating any additional pass fees.
Can I use the gym immediately after joining or is there a waiting period?
Once you join Move365, you can start using the gym immediately with no waiting period, ensuring instant access to all our facilities.
Do I have to do an orientation?
Upon membership, you will receive a welcome email that outlines all the necessary information and includes a safety and induction video, which must be viewed prior to attending the gym.
Are casual or holiday passes available?
Custom passes can be discussed with staff on request.
Can I put my membership on hold?
Memberships can be put on hold for a specified period, allowing you flexibility for travel, illness, or other personal circumstances. Please check with our staff for specific terms.
What if I need to cancel my membership?
